Cannot understand the many negative reviews for Vero Moda?! I had no problems whatsoever from the time of placing my order to the quick dispatch and delivery. The items I bought, a skirt and top in the sale, are of very good quality and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company in the future ?

I recently found Vero Moda Curve on Zalando.fr, and ordered a few things, some on promo, and some full price. The clothing was fine, sized well, and good value for money. I contacted Customer Support at Vero Moda to ask about an item, and the reply was helpful and timely.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE
Order 9523688916 - first order placed but had to returned for refund.
Item purchased online 10 May 2022.
Returned via their courier of choice Hermes 18 May.
Received acknowledgement item received and refund being processed on 30 May. Started chasing on 9 June as had feedback credit should appear on my credit card within 5 days. Chased several times since and told credit will be with me shortly. Then on 5 July received a message advising they are experiencing severe technical issues preventing certain payments and refunds from being processed. Who believes this! As an apology for the inconvenience caused they offered a 10% discount on next purchase, as if I'd place another order with such an incompentent company. It sounds like they have serious problems - I ask are they solvent, will they be going out of business?
I have given them notice unless refund is credited within 7 days from today I'll be contacting my credit card company for their assistance in this matter. Also, I plan to notify the national press and media. I can see from Trustpilot many customers are suffering and await refunds.
No more apology messages I just want my money back immediately.

They lied about their refund policy for damaged items
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered a pair of sandals from them, and on the second day they broke (just from some light walking). When contacting customer service with photos of the damaged product to request a refund, they sent me a replacement instead, and said that they do not do refunds for damaged items. This is exactly the opposite of what it says on their return policy.

Having waited weeks for my order (which was no good), I am still awaiting my refund 3 weeks after returning the items. I have sent 3 email chasers and just been on the web chat. This is the response from the 'bot'
"Unfortunately, we are experiencing a severe technical issue which is preventing certain payments and refunds from being processed. Our IT team is working around the clock to find a solution as fast as possible, but this might take some time.
We kindly ask you for your patience".
This is not good enough. I need to know when I will receive my money back (£59.40). I have never experienced such a rig moral and delay for a purchase.

Totally unacceptable service!!
Absolutely terrible experience! I always loved shopping at Vero moda but I don't think that I will order anything from them again. I'm still waiting for my money back. I've returned the items approx. a month ago if not longer than that. I had an email to say we got your return and you will get your money back within next few days/up to 10 days. Now it's been well over 10 days and I still haven't received my money. Definitely not prepared to go through this again. If anyone is able to help it will be much appreciated. Order no 952392669. Hi Everyone, Veromoda sent defective Wallet.And now I have return it then there is no any option for that. They are redirecting to Their AI and no giving any solution for Problem. No guidance for rerunning the product.

Vero Moda is one of my favourite brands, great quality and fair pricing. I have shopped with them for years both online and high street. I have always had a very positive experience with delivery and returns. My most recent order in May was delivered in good time but the refund took much longer than usual, when I queried this via the chatbot the refund was sent straight away. I am very happy and understand there's supply chain and staff issues everywhere. Thank you and keep up the great work

I placed an order on 22nd of May. No updates since and the tracking number I have for the delivery says there have been no scans which would make me think the order has not even been dispatched.
I contacted customer support to find out where my order was , they replied with:
‘ There is currently a delay in our warehouse.
Your order will be processed shortly or has already been prepared for dispatch. Therefore, I can no longer change or cancel this.
We always try to make your shopping experience with us as positive as possible. Please excuse this incident.
We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you have a nice day.’
This contradicting information was of no use. And I still don’t know where my order is. I wished I’d checked Trust Pilot first before I ordered online as I have bought from Vero Moda shops before.
When I contact customer service a Bestseller Shop email address responded (Vero Moda are part of the Bestseller Shop group).
I can see from other reviews that they are pretty active responding to other people on here. If someone for the Bestseller Shop group does see this review please don’t bother responding to me on this platform. My order number is 9523847335 - get my order sorted instead!!!!

I have been emailing constantly to find out how I return my item delivered to UK ( best sellar on behalf of Vera Moda)and how I return back ( to get hermes or Royal mail) from the UK?? there is no dropdown box for the UK on the portal where am to send to?? please have the common sense to tell me? all I keep being sent is the same email

Order not received yet
I had placed an order on 12th May, I was supposed to get my order delivered on 18ty may.its been 15 days and the order is still not delivered.
The tracking number that was given, has also stopped working after I sent mail to customer support team.
Raised a ticket with customer support "3552703". But no response so far.
I was planning to order few.more clothes from veromoda online store. But after this experience, I would not buy anything again from veromoda.
What customer care ?
I love veramoda clothes so when I ordered a jacket I couldn’t wait … that was in the 4th may it’s now the 13th I have emailed and used the what’s app to contact your customer service and got nowhere I have paid up front £62 for a jacket I haven’t received and can’t speak to anyone about it .

Edited title. Did not know goods were shipping from Europe.
Did not know I was ordering from Europe, assumed there were warehouses in UK. Since UK is no longer in EU, this should be clearly stated when ordering. 2 weeks later I have not received my parcel. Tracking seems to work OK, but HERMES still has it.
Of course when it comes to returning, the fact that it has come from EUROPE makes things much more complicated, as others have found. Wish I had looked on Trustpilot first.
The most annoying thing was that I could not sign into Vera Moda without first subscribing, as log in was blocked by the subscribe banner and no x to get rid of it.
Won’t use again if only for the return issue I do hope the jeans I ordered fit OK. It is stressful enough using internet without having to return goods to Europe.
Also, no UK phone number to call.
Updated information: Jeans are good and fit well, so no return necessary thankfully. Am impressed that Vera Moda answered my unmodified review. Have changed 3 stars to 4.

Like Maria that had a bad experience in the Tallaght store I had an awful experience in Blanchardstown today I also would be giving no stars but that is not a option. I was returning 2 dresses for a refund when the assistant said she couldn't give me a refund for one of them. She said the label had been taken off and put back on. I told her I didn't take it off so obviously was like that when I bought it. She said the assistant would have wrote it on the receipt. I said she obviously didn't notice it either. Asked her to check cctv footage from day and time on receipt cos I know I didn't take any label off. She didn't know how to and no manager in shop until Tuesday. Why should I take the hit for something I didn't do and I don't appreciate it the accusation either. I was mortified. Clearly someone bought this before me, wore it and brought it back so the assistant didn't notice it then or when it was sold to me. I am absolutely fuming and I will be taking this further as they are completely out or order not giving me a refund for a dress I don't want and that has clearly been worn by someone else!!!!
